Elisavet Mpargianni

Chief Heat Officer, Chief Resilience Officer, Landscape Architect, MLA
Elissavet Bargianni is a Landscape Architect trained in Greece and the UK. She worked in London before joining the public sector in Athens in 2003. She has led landscape studies, GIS mapping, and tree inventories for the National Garden and Athens.
Since 2018, she has worked in the Resilience and Sustainability Department, coordinating climate adaptation efforts and collaborating with global networks on climate and EU projects. She was involved in updating Athens’ Climate Action Plan and the EIB NCFF programme and spearheaded the EU Mission Climate City Contract for Climate neutrality.
