Caroline is Professor of Strategic Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin), Program Director of the IBCON Strategy Master’s program, and Co-Head of the Institute for Sustainability (INa). She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of foresight, working across diverse roles in industry (Volkswagen), public policy (European Commission), consulting, and academia. Her research and practice critically examine how futures anticipation can be actively embedded at the intersections of business, society, politics, and science.
