Political scientist-communications consultant specializing in open e-government and political communication.

He studied Political Science and Public Administration (International European Studies) at the University of Athens, Mass Communications (MA) at the University of Leicester, UK and is a PhD candidate at the Department of Communication and Mass Media of the University of Athens. He is currently the Director of the Open Technologies Alliance (GFOSS).

As an active member of the open government movement in Greece, he is interested in the use of open technologies and standards in digital public participation.
